Number of Listings for Mountain House is at an all time low. The banks have not released a lot of REOs and competition among buyers are fierce. Most listings are pending within a week and even not quite as popular short sales are gaining interests. New home builders in the community are also being resorted to as some buyers are simply fed up with bidding wars for bank owned homes. A few pointers for buyers:
